Construction Notes:
Bodice pattern was self drafted while skirt was based on a Victorian trumpet skirt. Overlay fabric is custom dyed silk habotai dotted with heat fix rhinestones. Base fabric is poly taffeta. Wings made from iridescent film colored with alcohol markers and sandwiched between two layers of vinyl heat and bond.
